The Inhalo cards are a set of 24 cards in total (3 intensity levels for each of the 8 emotions people struggle most with) that come in both physical and digital formats. They are based on breathing exercises that calm you nervous system.

How long will shipping take?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase during the week. Weekend orders will be shipped first thing Monday morning.

United States: Orders arrive within 7-10 business days of shipping. 

International: Orders typically arrive within 10-12 business days worldwide.

I need mine sooner, do you have a digital version?

We do! Pick the digital version and you'll get it for immediate use after purchase.
